Pan Man Pat
'Panman' Pat McNeilly started with his first Steelband while at high school in Trinidad and Tobago (Hillview College). He was instrumental in getting the Steelband program accepted as a credit course with the Toronto Board of Education. For over 15 years, he has taught Steelband at both elementary and high school levels in Canada and has appeared in several Canadian TV programs.
