This years parade will take place on Saturday July 12th, 10am - 6pm. The parade starts on Shawham Drive and ends up at York Gate mall where the festivities continue for the remainder of the day.
Can anyone participate in the parade?
-
Flags and Colours was created specifically for the youth of our community and all are welcome. Although it's for the children, we encourage the entire family and all of their friends to participate in celebrating Carnival and Caribana.
Is there a fee to participate?
-
The parade is free but we do offer costumes for a nominal fee of $25 for the first one and $20 for each additional costume. Every outfit is handmade by our amazing volunteer staff in our own mini "mas camps". We have a variety of styles and we do our best to make various sizes available so that every child can have a comfortable fit and a truly enjoyable experience. You can use this link to register and choose your camp, costume, and size.
