Toronto Caribana, Toronto  Flags and Colours, Jane Finch, Carnival

CARIBANA™ Flags and Colours is currently in the process of creating an annual youth art contest open to all children under the age of 13. Registered children will then be divided into the age sub categories of under 13, under 10, under 7, and under 4. All entries will be displayed on the website and the winners in each category would be featured on their own website page, possibly even on the home page!
